Kitley House is a 500 year old grade one listed Country House in Yealmpton, South Devon close to Plymouth. It is a specialist luxury wedding reception venue which features a rural setting overlooking a series of lakes on the banks of the South Devon River Yealm.

Kitley House, the Luxury Historic Country House Wedding Venue is set in 600 acres of pasture and woodland in South Devon and close to the maritime City of Plymouth. It overlooks a Trout Lake with easy access to the sea. The approach to the house is down a mile long tree lined drive with pasture and woodland on either side. Kitley House does pride itself on its tailor made cuisine wedding receptions and can accommodate 120 guests within the house and provide marquee hospitality in formal gardens for guests of up 200.
